RTO Assessment Tools
At Focaz we develop RTO resources which are specifically designed and tailored to your industry and student cohort. We follow a quality improvement process which is verified, ensuring that you receive assessment tools and learning materials (RTO Resources) which are compliant with the principles of assessment, evidence rules, demission’s of competency and the training package rules for each unit of competency.
We design RTO Resources for your specific RTO with all assessment tools developed to meet the elements, performance criteria, performance evidence, knowledge evidence and the conditions of assessment. Activities are developed covering each criterion, using at least two methods of assessment, which demonstrates consistency in performing the skills and knowledge required for competency.
With the introduction of Foundation Skills, Focaz prides itself on ensuring that all foundation skills are addressed sufficiently to meet the training package requirements. To achieve this, we include specific practical tasks and activities which align to the specific foundation skills within each unit of competency. The use of case scenarios, video presentations and observation reports are utilised to support the tasks completed by the learner.
Marking Guides and Mapping Matrix
At Focaz we develop a detailed marking guide with specific benchmark responses for all questions, tasks and activities. The observation reports are developed with detailed criteria listed and instructions on what supporting evidence must be collected to ensure competency.
All your RTO resources are mapped against each of the requirements within the training package rules for the unit of competency.
